Your order details and delivery address are recorded. Please contact us promptly if anything needs correcting.

Prepared and checked
Your selected piece is reviewed, packed in its jewelry box and shopping bag, and prepared for secure transit.

Dispatched with tracking
Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours. A tracking reference is issued when carrier scanning begins.

Delivered worldwide
Estimated transit is 7–10 days. Remote destinations, customs review and local carrier conditions can add time.

Shipping charges
Complimentary worldwide shipping applies to orders over $59. Any charge for a lower-value order is shown before checkout.
Import charges
Local duties, taxes or customs fees may be requested by the destination authority and remain the recipient’s responsibility.
Address accuracy
Use a complete deliverable address and telephone number. Contact client care immediately if an address correction is needed.
Carrier delays
The delivery estimate begins after dispatch. Customs inspections, severe weather and local service disruption are outside our direct control.

When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is sent after dispatch when the carrier has registered the parcel. A short delay between packing and the first scan is normal.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can amend details before dispatch; once a parcel is with the carrier, changes may be restricted or chargeable.
What if tracking stops updating?
International scans can pause while a parcel clears customs or transfers between carrier networks. If the pause becomes unusual, send us your order number and we will review it with you.
