Please contact client care before sending anything. Returns sent without instructions may be delayed or delivered to the wrong location.

Email your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request.

Receive instructions
We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address and packing guidance.

Pack securely
Return the unworn piece with its presentation box, shopping bag and included accessories. Use tracked shipping.

Inspection and refund
After receipt, the item is inspected. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.

What can and cannot be returned.
Eligible
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unused and in original condition
- All presentation and supplied accessories included
- Pierced jewelry unworn, with any hygiene protection intact
Not normally eligible
- Personalized, engraved or altered pieces
- Items showing wear, damage, fragrance or cosmetic residue
- Incomplete presentation or missing accessories
- Items returned outside the approved process
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and outer packaging. If the issue is confirmed as our error or an eligible defect, we will provide an appropriate solution and return guidance.

Who pays return shipping?
For a change-of-mind return, return shipping, insurance and any related customs costs are normally the client’s responsibility. Confirmed incorrect or defective items are handled separately by client care.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
Availability changes quickly, so exchanges are normally managed as a return followed by a new order. Client care will explain the clearest option for your request.
When will the refund appear?
We initiate an approved refund after inspection. The time it takes to appear depends on your original payment method and financial institution.
